Energy flowed in Rajasthan, wave of yoga spread, thousands of people including CM Bhajanlal did yoga

Jaipur : On the 10th International Yoga Day, the wind of yoga is blowing in every home. Yoga is being practiced across the state including the capital Jaipur. In Rajasthan, somewhere people did yoga under water, while soldiers did yoga in sandy dunes and gave the message of staying fit. A state-level function was organized at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. In which CM Bhajanlal Sharma participated and did yoga with his ministers. Governor Kalraj Mishra was also seen doing yoga activities. At the same time, Kota MP Om Birla practiced yoga in the Parliament House complex in Delhi. Let us tell you that on International Yoga Day, yoga programs are being organized across the state with the participation of Central and State Government departments, undertakings/institutions, corporations/boards, voluntary organizations.

Chief guest Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma while congratulating on Yoga Day at the state-level program organized at the SMS Stadium said that with Yoga everyone should stay healthy and happy. Yoga is our culture and the blessings of our Rishis and Munis. PM Modi has worked to take it to the global level. He said that physical strength and mental expansion are the basis of a person’s development. Through Yoga a person remains healthy not only physically but also mentally. He appealed to the people to make Yoga an integral part of their life and inspire others as well for this.

BSF soldiers performed yoga on the Indo-Pak border in Jaisalmer district. Soldiers performed yoga at all the border posts on the international border and presented a wonderful view. BSF performed grand yoga on the famous Sam Sand Dunes of the Thar Desert. On this occasion, hundreds of soldiers performed yoga together with BSF Sector South DIG Vikram Kunwar. The soldiers said that there is no yoga bigger than border defense and yoga has no limits. Kota MP Om Birla practiced yoga in the Parliament House complex in Delhi. While interacting with the media, Om Birla said that yoga should be an important part of our daily routine. Yoga keeps both the body and mind healthy. Rajya Sabha MP Madan Rathore performed yoga in water on the eve of Yoga Day on Thursday. Rathore gave the message of staying healthy through yoga to the countrymen by doing Padmasana, Pranayam and meditation on the surface of water.
