EO/RO Recruitment Exam 2022 cancelled, RPSC took this big step for this reason

Jaipur : EO/RO Exam 2022 has been canceled by Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). The Commission issued a press note and gave this information. According to the Commission, in this exam held on May 14, 2023, cheating has been done through electronic devices at many examination centres. Strong evidence of this has been found during SOG investigation. Till now, charges have been filed against many students for cheating through Bluetooth. During the investigation of SOG, it was proved that a large number of incidents of cheating took place during the examination.

The Commission said that the EO/RO examination 2022 will be conducted again. Updates regarding the examination may be issued soon in future. Let us inform you that on May 14, 2023, EO/RO Exam 2022 was organized for a total of 111 posts. So far, 17 accused have been arrested in the case of irregularities in the examination, after which the Commission has now decided to cancel the examination.

About 2 lakh candidates appeared in the examination.

According to the press note released by RPSC, Revenue Officer Grade-II conducted for 111 posts on 14th May 2023. And 1 lakh 96 thousand 483 candidates had appeared in the Executive Officer Class-IV Autonomous Government Department Competitive Examination (EO/RO Exam 2022). A total of 311 candidates were included in the considered list released for eligibility check and documents verification. Cases were registered in the police station against many accused in connection with cheating in the examination, which has made it clear that cheating (malfunctioning in the examination) has taken place through electronic devices and Bluetooth at the examination centres.
