Accident occurred while trying to overtake a trailer
Police said that Tilakraj Chauhan, a resident of Wazirpur, Gurugram, had come with his wife Yashoda Chauhan to attend the wedding ceremony of Rajendra Singh in Jhalawar. While returning, a trailer full of gravel was running in front of his car on the way. As soon as his car tried to overtake the trailer.
Tons of gravel scattered on Mercedes
Meanwhile, when a cow came in front of the trailer, the driver of the trailer also turned his car in the same direction in which the Mercedes car was coming from behind. Due to which the trailer suddenly lost its balance and it overturned sideways on the Mercedes. Several tonnes of gravel loaded in the trailer scattered on the Mercedes vehicle. In this incident, Tilakraj died on the spot. While the people nearby pulled out his wife Yashoda and the driver in time.
Elderly man declared dead in hospital
After this, all three were immediately taken to the hospital where Tilakraj was declared dead. While the wife and driver are undergoing treatment. Both were not seriously injured in the incident. Not only this, the trailer driver Hariram has also been injured in this incident. His treatment is still going on.
Apart from the President of Rajput Mahasabha, he had also contested the election of MLA.
According to the information, Tilakraj has also been very active in politics for the last several years. He is the President of Rajput Mahasabha. Along with this, he had also contested the elections as an independent candidate from Sohna assembly seat of Haryana in the year 2014.
