Jaipur : Questions are being raised regarding the transfers made in the Bhajanlal government in the state. Despite repeated transfers of officers, full time officers could not be appointed for 69 important departments/institutions in the government, they are still running on additional charges. This is happening for the first time that even after the transfer list comes, so many departments are being run on additional charges. Recently, Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara had also taken a dig at the transfers in the government. Posting on his social media platform Four RAS officers were transferred five times in these ten months, while 15 officers were transferred four times in ten months. And 50 RAS officers have been transferred thrice.
Transfer list of 2-2 IAS officers released. In this, out of the IAS officers who were transferred in the first list, 22 officers were changed again by releasing the second list in the same month. Despite this, the situation is that 46 IAS officers have additional charge of 69 departments/institutions. Even many officers have additional charge of three departments, institutions or important posts, including the Chief Secretary himself. Due to the additional charge, neither the officers take interest in these departments nor are they willing to work below. The machinery involved works seriously.
IAS officers have additional charges
– IAS Shubhra Singh is the chairman of State Road Transport Corporation. He has been given additional charge of State Bus Terminal Development Authority.
-CS Sudhansh Pant has the additional charge of RSMML Chairman, Chief Resident Commissioner Delhi and Rajfed Administrator.
– Abhay Kumar has the additional charge of the post of ACS of Rajasthan River Basin and Water Planning Authority Commissioner, Agriculture, Command Area Development, Water Utility Department. Apart from this, he is also handling the important responsibility of Indira Gandhi Canal Project ACS as additional charge.
-Alok is ACS of the Energy Department but is also looking after the additional charge of the post of Principal Resident Commissioner, Delhi, Chairman of Electricity Transmission Corporation and Chairman of Rajasthan Energy Development and IT Services.
-Shreya Guha is Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development and is looking after the additional charge of DG HCM RIPA.
-Anand Kumar, ACS Home, Home Guards, Jail, State Investigation Bureau, is ex-officio Chief Vigilance Commissioner, ACS Disaster Management, Relief and Civil Defense and is holding the post of ACS Justice and Sainik Welfare as additional charge.
-Industry Principal Secretary Ajitabh Sharma is holding the additional charge of RIICO and Rajsico Chairman.
-Principal Secretary Rajesh Yadav has the additional charge of JCTSL Chairman.
-Principal Secretary UDH Vaibhav Galaria has the additional charge of Housing Board Chairman and MD Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Limited.
-Vishwamohan Sharma is the Midday Meal Commissioner but he has the additional charge of the post of Education Special Secretary, School Education Special Secretary, Panchayati Raj (Elementary Education) Special Secretary.
