Churu : Churu, the city of Churu Municipal Body area, is the district headquarters and is headed by the Municipal Council. Although, after the completion of the tenure of the Municipal Council Board consisting of 60 representatives, now everyone’s eyes are fixed on the formation of a new Board, but when people are asked about the condition of the wards of this Municipal Body, there will be only a rare person who Expresses satisfaction. Generally, people do not have any positive response regarding cleanliness, drainage of dirty water and basic facilities of the ward. The condition of the ward being what it is, people now consider the ward development as a sacrifice of party politics. One such is ward number 29 where people express dissatisfaction over the development of the ward. If the city’s main problem of fresh water has emerged here too, then people sarcastically call the network of wires hanging from the poles of the electricity corporation as a miracle of this corporation. In this ward, people were seen to be more vocal regarding the cleanliness system and the residents of the ward cited the problem of saline water as the reason for the problem.
The roads of the ward are in bad condition
The condition of roads in the ward is bad. Roads have broken down in many streets, due to which even vehicles have started shying away from coming to the ward. Because due to broken roads, people have to face problems in commuting by vehicles. The Municipal Council was informed many times but even after this the problem still remains the same.
Have to drink salt water
The ward is connected to Apni Yojana but sweet drinking water comes only occasionally. Complaints of pain in the knees of ward residents are increasing due to drinking salt water. The water supply department supplies saline water but the supply of canal water is very less. The department should take cognizance of this.
Regular cleaning is not happening
Due to irregular cleaning in the ward, garbage gets piled up in many streets. Garbage remains scattered in front of the houses. Due to which the people of the ward are facing problems. The city council was informed several times but despite this, the cleanliness system of the ward was not smooth.
