Mumbai, December 1 (IANS). Maharashtra Legislative Council member and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Praveen Darekar, while talking to IANS on Sunday, expressed his views regarding the Chief Minister’s face and the opposition’s allegations against EVMs.
He said, “There is no conflict in the Mahayuti. There is well coordination and coordination. Now, the swearing-in ceremony of the Mahayuti government will take place on 5th December. Leaders of all three parties will take oath.
On the question related to Eknath Shinde, he said, “When he gets tired, he goes to the village to rest.” But right now everyone is making a political issue out of it.
He said, “The three parties BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP will run together.” If we do not move together then a good message will not be sent to the people, this is what the leaders of all three parties imagine.
On the question raised by Mahavikas Aghadi regarding EVM in the assembly elections, he said, “When they win, EVM works fine, but when they lose, it malfunctions.” It is not appropriate to say this. He is upset because of the defeat. They should introspect. They won the elections in Karnataka and Jharkhand through EVMs, in the Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra they won seats through EVMs and more of their MPs were elected. This is how victory and defeat keep happening in politics.
Let us tell you that voting for Maharashtra Assembly elections ended on 20th November. The results were revealed on 23 November, in which the ruling ‘Mahayuti’ won more than 230 seats. The name of the Chief Minister has not been announced yet in the state. However, the date of the swearing-in ceremony has been fixed. The swearing-in ceremony will take place in the state on December 5.
