Sawaimadhopur : Traffic on Tonk-Sawaimadhopur National Highway will soon be smoother from Kushtala to Sawaimadhopur. In the budget announcement, the Chief Minister has made a provision of Rs 90 crore to increase the width of the road from Kushtala to Sawaimadhopur. Under this, an eight km long four-lane road will be built. A divider will also be made after increasing the width. In this way, drivers traveling from Kushtala to Sawaimadhopur will get relief from traffic pressure and the journey will be smooth.
The width of railway overbridge and culvert will be increased in Khairada
According to the information received from National Highway, a railway overbridge has been built in Khairda between Kushtala and Sawaimadhopur. In such a situation, the width of this road will increase from both ends. At the same time, the width of the railway overbridge located in Khairda will also increase.
Officials busy preparing DPR The four-lane road to be built from Sawai Madhopur to Kushtala has been approved under the Chief Minister’s Annual Plan. For this, DPR is being prepared by Tonk-Sawai Madhopur National Highway officials. After the DPR is ready, a proposal will be made and sent to the higher officials by the National Highway in September or October.

A four-lane road will be constructed from Kushtala to Sawai Madhopur on Tonk-Sawaimadhopur National Highway. A divider will be made in the middle of the road. During road widening, the width will be increased by 8.5 meters on both sides. The width of the railway over bridge and the bridge at Khairada will also increase. In such a situation, if an amount of more than 90 crores is spent, a proposal will be made and sent to the government.
