Jaipur : A case of making fake Aadhar cards of Bangladeshis has come to light in the capital Jaipur. Upon receiving information about making fake cards, BJP MLA Balmukund Acharya raided two Aadhar centres located at Brahmapuri and Galta Gate on Wednesday. It was alleged that fake Aadhar cards of Bangladeshi citizens were being made there and more money was being charged than the set price. Jaipur’s Hawamahal MLA Balmukund Acharya said that instead of Rs. 50, Rs. 200 to 250 are being charged and Aadhar cards are being issued to outsiders on Jaipur addresses. Through this, the names of these outsiders are being added to the voter list for fake voting.
It will be known only after investigation
Additional DCP Ranu Sharma said that the officials of the nodal agency that issues Aadhar cards have been informed about this. No case has been registered in this regard yet. Only after the agency’s investigation will it be known whether the Aadhar cards are fake or not. Investigation is still going on.
