Fake toffees like branded companies are being sold in Jodhpur market.

Jodhpur : Products similar to Parle Company were being made and sold in the market in a factory located in Rico area of ​​Boranada. This claim was made in Delhi District Court. Following the orders, the company’s legal advisor reached Boranada with police assistance. Where the toffees being made and packed in the factory were sealed. The toffees being made under Parle’s name using its own name will remain sealed in the factory till further orders.

Namrata Jain, Legal Advisor of Parle Company, said that the products of Parle Company are being misused in the market at M/s Pankaj Confectionery located in Boranada. After the matter came to light, a case was registered in Delhi District Court. The court has issued an order banning the sale of this product in the market. Also a local commissioner has been appointed. In whose presence all the goods have been sealed.

This sealed goods will not be sold in the market till the next order of the court. Company representatives reached the factory and seized the counterfeit goods. Legal advisor Jain said that complaints were being received continuously for the last two and a half months, then we traced the company. A representative of our company was sent to investigate. It was then confirmed that counterfeit products of Raisin Bar, Eclairs and Mango Bites were found. Which were being packed in the factory. Material was seized from the factory in the presence of police. This is not authorized by Parle. Parle company has its own production units. Whoever has been given the production rights writes Parle on the wrapper. The name Pankaj was written on it.
