Farmers conference in Ajmer on 13th, traffic plan ready, parking also same

Ajmer : The Traffic Department has prepared a foolproof plan for the farmers’ conference which is going to be organized on 13th December at Kayad rest place in Ajmer. Separate gates have been set up for entry of general public vehicles and VVIP vehicles. At the same time, parking space has been made outside the resting place for buses and other big vehicles. Traffic CO Ayush Vashishtha and other concerned officers visited the route till the resting place and gave necessary guidelines to the staff. Vashishtha said that separate gates have been fixed for entry of pedestrians and vehicles. Separate arrangements have also been made for taking out the vehicles at the end of every meeting. To avoid traffic jams on the highway, big vehicles will be taken out one by one.

Parking arrangements for vehicles fixed at the resting place

Gate number 9 of the resting place has been made VVIP gate. VVIP vehicles will enter from this gate and exit from here only. There will be arrangements for parking of these vehicles as soon as they enter the gate. Similarly, gate number 12 has been designated for the general public. The entry of four-wheelers and two-wheelers of the general public will be through this gate, and they will also exit through this gate. Parking arrangements have been made as soon as you enter the gate.

Barricades will be installed at many places, vehicles will be taken out one by one.

In the past, due to simultaneous movement of vehicles during Rahul Gandhi’s meeting, PM Narendra Modi’s meeting, Tablighi Jamaat’s gathering and the fair at the Kayad rest stop, there was a jam on the highway. This time, buses and other big vehicles will be taken out one after the other. There will be a separate route for evacuation of cars.

Farmers from different districts will participate in the state level program to be held in Jaipur on December 17 to commemorate the completion of one year of the state government.
