Farmers inspired for improved farming in Chittorgarh district

Rabi Agriculture Conference was organized in Balaji’s temple complex Gopalpura under the joint aegis of Chittorgarh : Krishi Vigyan Kendra and Foundation for Ecological Security Begu. The chief guest was Sarpanch Shivlal Sharma. KVK President Dr. Ratanlal Solanki presided over. Chief Officer Amit Choubey, Assistant Director Agricultural Horticulture Dr. Shankarlal Jat, Dr. Harikesh Agriculture Officer and Praveen, Ghisalal Dhakad President Mewar Shamlat Manch Begu, Mohanlal Regar Vice President Mewar Shamlat Manch Begu were the special guests.

A quiz program was also organised. In this, awards were given to ten winning farmers. Agricultural exhibition was also organized. Solanki explained the advanced production technology of Rabi crops. Dr. Shankarlal Jat told the farmers the importance of planting gardens. Deepa Indoriya of the center gave technical information about setting up a nutrition garden. Program assistant Sanjay Kumar Dhakad expressed his gratitude.
