Farmers of Nuh are getting rich by selling radish, earn Rs 50 thousand in three months

Nuh, November 17 (IANS). Farmers are getting a lot of benefits from radish crop in Nuh. Farmers of Marora and Khanpur villages of Nuh are becoming rich from radish crop. Farmers are earning good profits in a short time by planting multiple crops.

Actually, Marora village is adjacent to Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The farmers here have been cultivating radish for the last many years. It is being told that within three months, farmers earn about Rs 50 thousand, due to which their lives are improving.

Farmer Yasir said that radish has been cultivated here for a long time and its demand is also very high. Radish is cultivated here during winter and 500 to 1000 rupees are earned daily by trading it.

Villager Mushtaq said that radish is cultivated in many acres. Due to the high demand for radish here, most of the people cultivate it.

Customer Azharuddin told that radish is available in the entire district, but the demand for radish from Marora is more. The radish here is delicious, hence radish is purchased from here only. Radish is being cultivated here for the last 50 years.

Customer Zafaruddin said that the radish of Marora village has taste and because of this its demand is high. I have been buying radish from this village for the last 10 years.

Apart from radish, the farmers of Nuh also grow jowar and millet. Only after its harvesting, he plants radish crop in the field and after that he sows wheat.
