Farmers’ protest in Jalore continues for seventh day

Jalore : In Jalore, on the call of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, a massive protest of farmers is going on in front of the District Collectorate for the last 7 days. The farmers are protesting against the government’s demand to decide Jalore’s rights on the water of Jawai Dam and to provide crop insurance claims to the farmers on time. On Monday, Cow Raksha Dal and Trade Board also extended their support.

President of Bharatiya Kisan, Ratan Singh said that a huge protest is being organized by the farmers demanding to decide the rights of Jalore on the water of Jalore Jawai Dam and to provide crop insurance claims to the farmers on time. He said that even after the Mahapadav, no solution is being taken by the government. Due to which the Mahapadav continues on the 7th day. On Monday, cow protection group and trade organization came and supported the Mahapadav. He also talked about supporting the show of strength being carried out by the farmers on Wednesday. During this, a large number of trade organizations, cow protection team officials and farmers were present.
