Farmers protested against electricity problem in Bharatpur

Bharatpur News Desk: Farmers blocked the road near Govindpura village on Halena Road in Vaira, alleging that there was no electricity for 3 days. Due to which long queues of vehicles formed on both sides of the road. On receiving the information, police and electricity department officials reached the spot and listened to the problems of the farmers and assured a solution. After which the farmers opened the jam. According to the information, at around 10 am on Sunday morning, farmers blocked Vaira Halena Road near Govindpura village due to electricity problem. On receiving the information, police officers and Vaira reached the spot along with the police force.

Who explained to the farmers. Farmers alleged that there is no electricity in the village for 3 days. Due to which farmers are yearning for irrigation and drinking water. Due to which he remained adamant on the demand of calling the electricity department officials on the spot. Junior engineer of electricity department Nirbhay Singh also reached the spot. Who assured the farmers that anti-social elements cause faults in the power supply at night. Due to which farmers are not getting electricity supply. Those anti-social elements will be identified and legal action will be taken against them. A demand was also made to replace the feeder, which will be replaced. During this, farmers from village Govindpura Kharabera, Ramaspur were present.
