Jaipur : CM Bhajanlal Sharma has given necessary guidelines in the review meeting of public welfare schemes regarding the progress of schemes related to farmer welfare and transfer of benefits. CM Bhajanlal Sharma said that the Rajasthan government is preparing to give a big gift to the farmers on its first anniversary. For this, preparations are being made to send grant amount directly to the accounts of farmers for many schemes.
Assistance amount will be sent to farmers’ accounts through DBT
CM said that under Rajasthan Agriculture Infrastructure Mission, assistance amount for 5 thousand 500 farm pounds will be transferred to the accounts of farmers through DBT. Similarly, assistance will be provided for fencing 2 thousand kilometers of pipeline and 5 thousand farmers. He said that the state government will provide grant assistance for 500 diggis in the canal area, agricultural equipment assistance to one thousand farmers and 2 thousand vermi compost units.
Second installment of Kisan Samman Nidhi will also be given
The Chief Minister said that under the Govardhan Organic Fertilizer Scheme, 3 thousand farmers will be provided assistance for producing organic fertilizers from cow progeny. He told that 50 clusters will be developed under NaMo Drone Didi Scheme. He said that the second installment of Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi will also be released to the farmers.
Amount of different schemes will be transferred
15 thousand farmers will be benefited for the installation of solar pumps through the Government Kusum Yojana. He said that drip irrigation is the only solution for irrigation in Rajasthan. Financial assistance for drip irrigation will be given to 15 thousand farmers through DBT. Along with this, agricultural and non-agricultural loans will be provided to 1 thousand beneficiaries on interest subsidy. On this occasion, along with the distribution of Gopal Credit Cards to the cattle farmers, one thousand new dairy booths will also be allotted, 200 new bulk milk coolers will be established and one thousand new milk collection centers will be inaugurated. He said that the state government has transferred an amount of Rs 183.22 crore by giving subsidy at the rate of Rs 5 per liter to more than 3.25 lakh milk producers under the Chief Minister Milk Producer Sambal Yojana.
The Chief Minister said that the public welfare schemes of the state government are not just schemes, but are important steps taken towards the complete empowerment of the common people. He said that by keeping equal contact with all the stakeholders, work should be done to spread the benefits and information of development programs and schemes to the people. He said that the state government is working determinedly towards making a developed Rajasthan to fulfill Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resolve of a developed India.
