Dausa : Under the Aatma Yojana in Dausa district of Rajasthan, best farmers will be selected and rewarded at the state, district and Panchayat Samiti level. Five farmers doing excellent work in five different activities such as agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, dairy and fisheries, organic farming and innovative farming etc. at the Panchayat Samiti level are to be selected and rewarded. From the selected farmers, two farmers each will be selected and rewarded for each activity at the district level.
Farmers will be given Rs 10,000 at Panchayat Samiti level, Rs 25,000 at district level and Rs 50,000 at state level as reward. Ex-officio Project Director ATMA Dausa Nawalkishor Meena said that the applicant farmer should submit his application form containing the name of the farmer, father, resident, Panchayat Samiti, mobile number, Aadhaar number, bank account number, IFSC code along with work description, required evidence for achievement, documents, photographs, CD-DVD etc. along with soft copy as proof.
The applicant farmer should not have been awarded at any level under Aatma Yojana or any other scheme in the previous years. Farmers can send the application form by 31st August to the office of Deputy Director Agriculture and ex-officio coordinator Aatma Dausa either by themselves or through Agriculture Supervisor, Assistant Agriculture Officer.
