After the city MLA repeatedly raised questions on this issue in the vigilance committee, now Municipal Corporation Commissioner T Shubhamangala has given notice to 13 babus of various branches of Corporation South and sought answers. According to sources, only the files of Cox Kutir are missing from the corporation. Whereas city MLA Atul Bhansali alleges that the administration has issued leases on this disputed land under the Cities Sang campaign. The corporation itself is confused that if the leases have been issued under the campaign with the administration and cities, then why there is no file related to it in the corporation. On what basis were the leases issued?

The Corporation Commissioner asked the Babus to give the complete details along with the number of those leases to the Deputy Commissioner (Second) if lease deed, 69 A, planning area, government land regulation or any other type of lease has been issued for the site under issue during the lease related work. On talking to the city MLA Atul Bhansali in this matter, he told that there is no record in the corporation. If found, the leases have also been registered after making them. So the check will be done in the registry office. After that it will be revealed whether the lease was made by the corporation or not.
