Chandigarh, November 20 (IANS). Vikrant Massey starrer film ‘The Sabarmati Report’, based on the country’s much talked about Godhra incident, is being praised across the country. People are reaching theaters to watch this film. Actress Riddhi Dogra has expressed happiness over the initial success of this film.
Speaking to IANS, he said, “I am feeling very good. We have done our hard work, and when you put your hard work out there and present it to the audience, then you think about how people will respond to it. Whatever response we are getting now, it is very good and it feels really good. People themselves are telling what they liked in the film. It is a matter of great pleasure that our work is being appreciated.”
He further said, “Prime Minister Modi has talked about our film, nothing can be better than this. It looks great. Also, the Chief Minister of Haryana is also watching the film, and it is also looking very good. We are very happy that everyone is liking our film so much. I have come to watch the movie. Now the interval is over, and now the second part of the film has started, so we hope that people will like the rest of the film as much as they liked the first part. It will be even more fun to meet everyone after the film is over.”
Let us tell you that ‘The Sabarmati Report’ is based on the incident of fire in Sabarmati Express. This incident took place on February 27, 2002, in which 59 people died due to burns. Actresses Raashi Khanna, Vikrant Massey and Riddhi Dogra are in lead roles in the film and all three are playing the role of journalists. Presented by Balaji Motion Pictures, Vikir Films, ‘The Sabarmati Report’ is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta R Kapoor, Amul V Mohan and Anshul Mohan. This film is released in theaters on 15 November.
