Hanumangarh : Mahila Thana Police on Thursday registered a case against Discom AEN and Lineman in the case of sexual harassment of a female employee in Discom office. In this, serious allegations have been made of repeatedly calling him in the chamber, doing obscene acts and making dirty gestures, as well as threatening to spoil his job and kill him if he did not agree.
In the report given to the police, the victim said that she is a class IV employee. AEN Harishchandra Dhalia and Indian labor union leader Rajendra Sikar, working on the post of Lineman (Meter Lab), have been harassing him for a long time. Whenever he needs leave for important work, they harass him by finding fault. Without any action, AEN Harishchandra calls her to his room and makes obscene talk, dirty gestures and molestation. Rajendra Sikar supports Harishchandra in this work.
She fell ill on Diwali and went to Bathinda for treatment. When the MD of Discom was here on 2nd November, he requested AEN Harishchandra to adjust one day leave in CR leave, to which he refused. After this Rajendra came to Sikar and said that on his request AEN has accepted CR leave. Despite this, you are of no use to both of us.
