Fight between two parties over Bikaner land dispute, FIR registered

Bikaner : Bikaner On Sunday, two parties filed cases against each other alleging assault over a land dispute in Surpura village. According to the police, Birbalram son of Bhinyaram Jat, resident of Surpura, told in the report that the jointly owned agricultural land in the name of himself and his mother Phusi Devi is in Uttaradi Kankar of Rohi Surpura. There is fencing around this Khatedari land. Kattani road runs from its side. Adjacent to his agricultural land is the agricultural land of his neighbor Bhomaram and Pitharam Meghwal in the northern direction. There is a Kattani road on the east side of their fields. When he went to the fields on December 2, the fencing there had been uprooted. Then Bhomaram and Pitharam came there and scolded them for removing the fencing, then said that they will come and go through their fields. Do whatever possible with them.

The accused uprooted about 100 feet of fencing, mesh and strips from his farm and threw them away. On December 7, he himself, his mother, sister-in-law etc. were in the field fixing the corn, when Nenuram’s sons Bhomaram and Ramlal Meghwal came in a car and tried to run over them while abusing them. On the other hand, Surpura resident Pitharam son of Nenuram Meghwal filed the report. It was told that on December 7, he, his brother Bhomaram and Ramlal were going to their fields in a car. As soon as they reached near the farm, Kumbharam and Rameshwar Lal, sons of Udaram of the village, Keshuram son of Govindram, Birbalram son of Bhinyaram Jat and two-three other persons came armed with weapons and started abusing and assaulted them. Due to which Bhomaram suffered serious head injuries and was brought to Nokha District Hospital, where the doctors referred him to Bikaner. Police are registering the case and investigating.
