Two mayors were appointed to ensure proper development of Jaipur, but even after that one hour of rain ruined the city. Sikar road was filled with so much water that there was a traffic jam for five hours. Cars were seen floating. Water entered the houses and people had to face terrible problems. Even today, there is an alert of heavy rain in the entire Rajasthan except Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Barmer and Jalore.
