Demand to give Rs 5 lakh per month
On March 6, 2024, former minister Vishvendra Singh, claiming himself to be a senior citizen, had filed a claim in the SDM court against his wife Divya Singh and son Anirudh Singh for paying Rs 5 lakh per month for maintenance. After more than 13 dates, SDM Ravi Kumar rejected the petition filed citing that it was not maintainable in the court. Later, the former minister had filed a claim in the Collector Court challenging the decision of the SDM Court. Its decision came on Friday, giving information about which lawyer Srinath Sharma said that Vishvendra Singh has not got any relief from the decision. There is no mention of amount in this. Only Anirudh Singh has been banned in this. Now we will file a writ in the Rajasthan High Court regarding the matter.
Home arrangements will have to be made for the father.
If we look at the order copy of the Collector Court’s decision in this case, it is written in it that Anirudh Singh will take care of his parents in their old age, fulfill their needs, and arrange a house for them to live. Apart from this, he will not behave rudely or abuse his father. At the same time, the former minister had demanded to get the land inherited from his father and to cancel the donation certificate of the land of Jeevan Nirman Sansthan.
