Jodhpur : Crime is increasing continuously in Jodhpur city and rape incidents are not taking the name of stopping. Who knows who has cast an evil eye on the city of Apnaity. With four rape cases coming to light in a single day, the police was seen running around the whole day. Three out of four rape cases are of minor girls. Despite being in a crowded area of the city, a minor was gang-raped in the bio-waste storage room of Mahatma Gandhi Hospital. On the report of the minor’s family, the police registered a case and started investigation and two accused were also arrested. Deputy Commissioner of Police West Rajarshi revealed the whole case in a press conference.
According to the police, the minor left her house two days ago in anger. She was seen at Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, where two young men were seen with her. Both the young men are accused of raping the minor. They left after that. The minor kept sitting there, after which the police found her, questioned her and called her family. Two hours after the family’s arrival, when the minor talked about the rape, a case was immediately registered and investigation started and after examining the CCTV footage, two accused were found. Both the young men work as contract sweepers in the hospital, along with questioning them, the crime scene was inspected with the minor. The police also got the victim medically examined.
What does the hospital administration have to say?
Regarding this entire matter, since the hospital premises are the site of the incident, the hospital administration says that information about such an incident has been received but the accused being named are not hospital employees. One used to work here on contract earlier but was removed. Whereas, the other youth has never worked in the hospital. They have talked about installing more CCTV cameras for security purposes.
The most shocking case of rape of a minor has come to light in Jodhpur, where two youths have been accused of attempting to rape an innocent child of just one and a half years. Both the youths are said to be the neighbours of the innocent. A youth from Anupgarh lodged a complaint last night with the Commissionerate’s Boranada police station area police through the Child Helpline. The police was informed about it. The police took the matter seriously and immediately took contact information from the family of the innocent child in this case.
Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police arrested both the youths who were his neighbours and started questioning them. The innocent was sent to AIIMS hospital in Jodhpur for treatment and medical checkup. The police remained with the innocent in AIIMS hospital till late evening. According to the officials, this case was taken seriously. ACP Narendra Devda is continuously questioning both the youths. A team is with the innocent. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the investigation of this case has been given to ADCP East Labh Ram Chaudhary.

During this time a young man raped her. The police immediately registered a case and also arrested the accused youth.

A case of rape was also registered in Vivek Vihar police station of the city. According to SHO Jitendra Singh Rathod, a girl living in a live-in relationship with a young man has filed a case. She told that the young man who was living in a live-in relationship with her took advantage of the situation and committed the incident of rape. Police has registered a case.
