Fraud of Rs 12.50 lakh in the name of selling Hanumangarh plot, case registered

A case of embezzlement of Rs 12.50 lakh in the name of selling a plot in Hanumangarh News Desk Colony has come to light. In this regard, a woman has filed a case against the colonizer and two partners in the town police station. In the case registered on the orders of SP, Sulochana Sharma, wife of Satyadev Sharma, resident of Sector 3, house number 476 Town, told that she was known to Rajkumar, son of Bahadur Singh Jat, resident of Junction. Rajkumar told him that his friend Kamaldeep Singh, son of Gurmel Singh Jatsikh, Chak Jwalasinghwala, resident of Chak 14 SSW, has distributed plots in the colony in the name of MKK Enclave and he also has a share in it. There is an opportunity to buy a plot in this colony, which will be useful in future.

Rajkumar showed him the colony and said that he would make arrangements for water, electricity, sewerage, roads etc. in the colony. He will also get Colony 90A approved after getting the process done. On his request, he made a deal to buy three plots in this colony for a total of Rs 27 lakh 37 thousand 600 for his future. On March 11, 2013, he gave Rs 6 lakh 55 thousand in cash to Kamaldeep. It was decided that the remaining amount would be given in installments. After this, he paid Rs 2 lakh on 18 April 2013, Rs 2 lakh on 10 October 2013 and Rs 2 lakh on 1 February 2014 and received receipts. When the sale deed was not executed even after three-four years had passed, he stopped paying the installments. She asked the prince several times to get the sale deed executed, but he kept procrastinating.

In the end, Rajkumar said that there was a mutual dispute between him and Kamaldeep, hence he would not get the deed of marriage executed in his name. When the dispute is over, he will get the final deed of marriage done or will return his Rs 12 lakh 50 thousand, but even after this neither Rajkumar and Kamaldeep got the deed of marriage done nor returned the money. Police have registered a case against Rajkumar and Kamaldeep under sections of IPC on charges of fraud. ASI Surajbhan is investigating.
