Bhilwara : A 16 year old girl had gone for a bike ride with her 17 year old friend. Both of them went to a deserted area 3 km away from the city. There he met 4 boys. There were also minor boys among them. All four threatened the girl and gang-raped her. Gang rape has been medically confirmed. One accused has been arrested, while 2 teenagers have been detained. The matter is of Subhash Nagar police station area of Bhilwara. The incident took place on the evening of November 5 in the Kothari river area. On Monday, November 18, the girl’s father lodged a case of gangrape at Subhash Nagar police station.
According to information received from the police, a 16-year-old schoolgirl from Bhilwara city had gone for a bike ride with her friend (17). Both reached Kothari river area, 5 km from Bhilwara. There is a 10 km ring road between Sanganer and Mandal, which remains deserted. It was told in the FIR that the girl and her friend met four boys in a deserted area. The age of the boys was between 16 and 20 years. Taking advantage of the deserted area, all four started molesting the girl. After this they separated his friend by threatening him.
All four gang-raped the girl by threatening to kill her. All four threatened the girl and the boy not to tell the police or family about the incident and threatened to kill them. After this everyone ran away from there. The girl reached home in a dejected state and informed her family about the incident. After the case was registered on Monday, the police started investigation. On Monday itself, the police had detained two minors. After this, an adult accused was arrested from Chittorgarh on Thursday. Police are ascertaining the age of the four boys on the basis of documents. One accused is still absconding in this case and is being searched.
