Pratapgarh : A house collapsed due to a gas cylinder explosion in Chhoti Sadri area of Pratapgarh district of Rajasthan on Wednesday, five members of a family were injured in this accident. Police gave this information. Area Officer of Chhoti Sadri, Gopal Lal Hindonia said that the house collapsed due to a gas cylinder explosion in Radheshyam Prajapat’s house near Jaloda Jagir bus stand, injuring five members of the family. He said that the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment, while two seriously injured people have been referred to Udaipur after first aid.
The whole house was razed to the ground
The incident took place in Radhakishan Prajapat’s house located near Jaloda Jagir bus stand. The explosion happened due to leakage in a gas cylinder. This leakage was so dangerous that it exploded and the roof of the house collapsed and the house collapsed. Due to the collapse of the roof, 5 people present in the house got buried in the house. The buried people were rescued with the help of local people.
The injured were referred to Udaipur
The injured were taken to Badisadri Hospital in Chittorgarh district with the help of 108 ambulance, who were later referred to Udaipur. After the incident, Chotisadri DSP Gopallal Hindonia, Tehsildar Sanjay Charpota and Thanadhikari Munshi Mohammad Pathan reached the spot and started investigating the incident.
A girl’s leg was cut off
People living nearby said that when they came out after the gas cylinder explosion, they saw that the family members and small children were also buried under the debris of the house. After this, they were rescued. According to eyewitnesses, one leg of a girl was cut off in this incident.
