Ajmer : Police again arrested Gohar Chishti, who was acquitted by the court on Tuesday in the case of slogan ‘Sir tan se juda’. Police arrested Chishti from jail on Wednesday on a production warrant in an old case of obstructing government work. He was again sent to jail when he was produced before the judicial officer on Wednesday. A case is registered against the accused for misbehaving with a doctor in the hospital in the year 2020 during the Corona period. His bail was confiscated in the case. The bail application from the accused will be heard on Thursday.
Let us tell you that Chishti had absconded after the slogan of ‘Sir Tan Se Juda’ on the stairs of the Dargah. He was arrested from Hyderabad 20 days later, since then he was in jail. Gauhar Chishti was acquitted yesterday in the case of Sir Tan Se Juda. After that today Gauhar Chishti was presented before the Honorable Rajasthan Court in the case of doctors. Where tomorrow’s date has been fixed for the hearing.
