Jaipur : Kirori Lal Meena, who has resigned from the post of cabinet minister in Rajasthan’s Bhajanlal government, reached the official residence of Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham on Sunday to meet him. During this, he met the minister and handed over several files containing documents of scams that took place during the previous Ashok Gehlot government to Bedham. During this, Meena demanded an investigation into the scams related to many private farms in the state and asked to ensure that FIRs are registered in all these cases and the culprits are sent to jail as soon as possible.
The Minister of State for Home Affairs directed the police to investigate
After the meeting, both the ministers came in front of the media. During this, Kirori Lal Meena said, ‘I have informed the Home Minister about this matter. The scam that happened during the previous government should be investigated. Now it is our government. Action will be taken by filing cases against everyone.’ At the same time, Minister of State for Home, Jawahar Singh Bedham said, ‘Kirori Lal Meena has given information about the scam of the previous government. I have informed the senior police officials about this. Action will be ensured by investigating the cases.’ Let us tell you that the CM of Rajasthan has already formed a committee to review these decisions.
‘Congress committed a lease scam of Rs 7000 crore’
The government says that before the elections, the Congress government took many decisions in the last days to woo the voters, which can also be called freebies. Now we are reviewing the last 6 months of the Congress government. Earlier, while talking to Resident Editor Harsha Kumari at NDTV’s Business Icon Conclave, UDH Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra had said that more than 13 lakh leases were issued in the previous government, which brought 7 thousand crores to the government treasury. But no citizen got a lease in 501. Where did the public’s money go? We are getting it investigated. Soon we will verify the leases by recognizing Google Maps.
Bhajanlal government will abolish 6 to 7 new districts
In view of this review, BJP state president Madan Rathore had said a few days ago, ‘The then government created unnecessary districts to please its public representatives. Such 6-7 districts will now be abolished. How were Kekri, Dudu and Sanchore made districts? Is it justified to make them districts? The Gehlot government created districts in a hurry while doing the politics of appeasement. Now such unwanted 6 to 7 districts will be abolished.’
