Bhilwara : A woman who had gone to irrigate the crops in the field was bitten by a cobra snake. The woman was taken to the hospital for treatment, where she died. Here the villagers called the rescue team and caught the snake. The incident took place on Thursday morning in Arjia village of Mandal police station area of Bhilwara district.
Koyali Devi Prajapat (30), wife of Prabhu Prajapat, resident of Arjia village, had gone with the family at 8 in the morning to irrigate the fields. During this time he was bitten by a snake. She became unconscious on the spot. The family took the woman to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital in Bhilwara. Where he died during treatment at 11 in the morning.
Mahatma Gandhi Hospital outpost police took possession of the body and kept it safe in the mortuary and informed the Mandal police station. After the arrival of Mandal police station, the postmortem of the body will be handed over to the family members. Here, on the information of the villagers, Irfan Qureshi and Narayan Bairwa from the snake rescue team reached the spot and with great effort rescued the cobra snake safely and freed the villagers from fear.
