Glenmark Foundation Concludes Season Six of ‘Meri Poushtik Rasoi’ Season Six: Leading India’s Nutrition Transformation

Glenmark Foundation, in collaboration with Idobro Impact Solutions, has concluded the sixth season of the “Meri Poushtik Rasoi” cooking contest, with a focus on combating malnutrition by celebrating and promoting native nutrition-rich recipes.

Over 800 entries were recorded from 24 states and four union territories, spanning 250+ towns and cities, including first-time participation from Jammu and Kashmir, Lakshadweep, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Finalists were selected from four categories – NGOs, Professionals, Students, and Open/Individuals – with participants showcasing their culinary prowess.

A distinguished grand jury, including Celebrity Chef Gautam Mehrisihi and Anuradha Shekhar, evaluated the recipes based on nutrition, innovation, and passion for cooking. The top recipes from the categories are: Pawan Kumar’s “Millet Gutta Curry” from Gujarat in the NGO category, Sabita Mohalik’s “Moringa Drumstick Pulp Patties and Banana Flower Chutney” from Jharkhand in the Professional category, Seema Sethumadhavan’s “Methi Dana Sabzi” from Uttar Pradesh in the Open category, and Saliha Chaudhary’s “Ragi Mudde Soppu Sarru and Palya” from Maharashtra in the Student category.
