Jaipur : A case has been filed again against the operator of a swimming pool located in the Mansarovar police station area of the capital Jaipur. In just one year, three youths and children have died by drowning in this swimming pool. The child who died was 13 years old. He was celebrating his 14th birthday on 14 July. He went to the swimming pool with his friends and died by drowning in 7 feet deep water there. His elder brother has now filed a case against the swimming pool operator in the Mansarovar police station.
He had left home on 14th July to celebrate his birthday
Mansarovar police said that 13-year-old Avinash Yadav lived in Mansarovar area. He had left home with his friends on July 14 to celebrate his birthday. His mother had given him ₹100 and told him to return soon as there were preparations to celebrate his birthday with great pomp at home.
He lost his life in the swimming pool in front of his friends
Avinash promised his mother to return soon and went to the swimming pool with his friends to take a bath. After some time Avinash went missing, so his friends searched for him, but he was not found. When the friends informed the swimming pool guard about their friend, the guard said that he might be in the toilet. But after some time he was seen drowning in the deep water. He was immediately taken out.
Third death in a year in this swimming pool of Jaipur
Avinash’s elder brother Amarnath told the police that there was no warning written about the deep water at the place where his brother drowned and neither was there any guard or coach at the swimming pool who would have stopped the children from going into the deep water. It is noteworthy that this is the third death in a year at SR Swimming Pool in Mansarovar. Earlier also two boys have lost their lives in this manner. A case has been registered in this matter at Mansarovar police station.
