Godhra incident will not be taught in Rajasthan schools, minister gives big statement on those who burnt trains

There has been an uproar in Jaipur : Rajasthan over a book written on the Godhra incident. The Bhajan Lal government of the state has issued an order to remove the book based on Godhra incident being taught in schools. All schools have been instructed to return the distributed books. Along with this, the government has canceled the orders to purchase the book. Let us tell you that during the Gehlot government of Congress, a book named Invisible People, Stories of Hope and Courage was included in the school curriculum of Rajasthan, which is now being removed. The decision has been taken. Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar said that in this book, lies are being spread about the Godhra incident and the society is being divided. In the book, those who burnt the train in Godhra are being glorified. Apart from this, Hindus are being presented as criminals. Wrong things have also been written in the book about the then government of Gujarat.

Education Minister made this allegation

Politics has also started regarding the matter. Education Minister Madan Dilawar alleged that former Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara deliberately included this type of book in the Rajasthan syllabus. On this, former Education Minister Dotasara said that he had deliberately approved this type of book during his tenure. Along with this, he has also accused Madan Dilawar of lying.

What is this in Harsh Mander’s book?

It is noteworthy that former IAS officer Harsh Mander has written this book. He has been a collector in many districts of MP and Chhattisgarh. Currently, after retirement, he is working for an NGO. A CBI investigation on Harsh Mander has also started in recent days. Mander told through his experiences in this book that it was a terrorist conspiracy and how Muslims were targeted after that. Mander told that they were tortured even in relief camps. He wrote in his book how many children are still missing while followers of other religions have to hide their identities.
