Good news for cattle farmers, this much money is being given under CM Kamdhenu Insurance Scheme

Jaipur : The previous Ashok Gehlot government in Rajasthan had started the Chief Minister Kamdhenu Insurance Scheme. The public felt that if the BJP government is formed in the state, this scheme will be stopped. But this did not happen. Animal Husbandry Minister Zoraram Kumawat told in the Rajasthan Assembly on Tuesday that so far 2 crore 66 lakh 40 thousand has been paid under the scheme. Minister Zoraram said that cattle farmers will be given compensation for the cattle dying from Karra disease in Jaisalmer. He said that after investigation, the cattle farmers will be paid as per the rules. Let us tell you that Karra disease spread in Jaisalmer in the year 2022. Many animals were killed due to this. The government of that time had announced to give compensation after 6 months. Due to the delay, very few people applied for compensation. Those who had applied have been given compensation. Kumawat said that if any cattle farmer has been deprived of compensation, then an investigation will be done for him and payment will be made as per the rules.
