Jaipur : Timings of government schools in Rajasthan have changed from Wednesday. Director of Secondary Education Ashish Modi had issued orders regarding change in school timings on September 30. It is noteworthy that from today the school timings have been changed from 10 am to 5 pm. In such a situation, school children will no longer have to face cold.
Why did the time change?
According to the Shivra Panchag of the Education Department, winter time comes into effect from October 1. Due to which, from October 1 to March 30, school timings are from 10 am to 4 pm. But for the last two years, it has been extremely hot even in the beginning of October. In such a situation, the Education Department is not changing the school timings every time from October 1st. This time it is the third consecutive year, when the school timings are changing from October 16.
Let us tell you that this time due to high temperature on October 1, the almanac was amended and the summer period was extended till October 15. Now the temperature has started decreasing. In such a situation, school timings have changed from 10 am to 4 pm from October 16.
