Karauli : Applications have been invited from eligible girls under Aapki Beti Yojana. The last date of application is 31 October. Under this scheme, those girls will be eligible whose parents, both or one of them, have passed away and the family is BPL. In the year 2024-25, online applications will be submitted for the Aapki Beti Yojana run for girls studying in government schools. The forms of Aapki Beti Yojana, run by the Girls Education Foundation, will be online through Shala Darpan. Government schools will have to provide information about eligible girls by 31st October. The concerned District Education Officer, Headquarters Primary and Secondary will decide the authentication verification by logging in from his office by 15th November. Institution heads have been instructed to complete the applications of girls within the stipulated time. So that eligible girls can get financial assistance.
This is the eligibility
Under the scheme, girls from BPL families below the poverty line whose parents or both have died. Girls are studying in government schools. They will get benefit in this scheme. Girls from class 1 to 8th will get financial assistance of Rs 2100 per year and girls from class 9 to 12 will get financial assistance of Rs 2500 per year.
