Jodhpur : Every year more than one crore devotees reach Khatushyam temple located in Sikar district of Rajasthan to have darshan. But do you know that another grand temple of Lord Khatushyam is going to be built in Rajasthan. Here not only Baba Khatushyam but also the temple of Salasar Balaji is being consecrated.
Both the temples together in Jodhpur
Both these temples have been built in Motiba Nagar on Pal Road in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. Their Pran Pratishtha is being done on Monday in the presence of Peethadheeshwar Shanteshwar Maharaj of Ajneshwar Dham Jodhpur and Mahamandaleshwar Kankeshwari Devi. Giving information about this program, Govardhanlal Sudhir Agarwal of Sai Dham Seva Samiti and Khatushyam Bhakt Parivar said that the construction of the temple was going on for the last several years. After this, now the Pran Pratishtha of Baba Khatu and Salasar will be done in the temple.
Mahaprasadi will be held on 19th July
The programs of Pran Pratishtha had started before 14th July. On the first day, Ganesh Gauri Pujan, Bhoomi Pujan and Havan Kund and Shobha Yatra were taken out. Today, on Monday, the Pran Pratishtha of the temple will be held from 12 noon. After Pran Pratishtha, a Mahaprasadi program has been organized on 19th July. Many people of Jodhpur have been invited to this program. However, devotees can come to receive the Prasad on their own wish.
There will also be a bhajan evening
Along with Mahaprasadi, a huge Bhajan Sandhya will also be organized. In which many artists from Rajasthan will participate and perform Bhajans. People associated with the temple say that the distance between Lord Khatushyam and Salasar Balaji temple located in Sikar is quite long. After which it has been decided to build the temple in Jodhpur. However, as always, in a big event like mine, devotees will go to Khatu only.
