Jaipur : good news for wildlife lovers. Now they will be able to hear the roar of tigers in the jungle of the capital Jaipur and can also enjoy tiger safari. Tiger safari will start in Nahargarh Biological Park on Monday.
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will inaugurate it at 11 am. Minister of State for Urban Development Jhabar Singh Kharra will be present at the inauguration ceremony as a special guest, while the program will be presided over by Forest and Environment Minister Sanjay Sharma. After the start of this safari, Jaipur will become the first city in the country, where after leopard, lion and elephant, tiger safari can also be done.

45 minutes safari, fee Rs 252 DFO

DFO Jagdish Gupta said that an 8 kilometer long safari track has been built. Tourists will be able to enjoy safari for 45 minutes while sitting in the vehicle. Tourists will have to pay a fee of Rs 252, which includes the entry fee of the biological park of Rs 52. This tiger safari was prepared three months ago at a cost of Rs 4.5 crore in 30 square hectares of land. However, the officials did not show interest in starting it, recently this issue was raised prominently, after which the responsible officials became active and a blueprint was prepared to start it.

Will start with old vehicles

The old canter already operated will be used in Tiger Safari. Although tenders were floated for new vehicles, their arrival will take time. Forest officials say that old vehicles will be used for now. Wildlife experts say that these vehicles have been destroyed, but are still running due to the connivance of the authorities. It is necessary to remove these, because they often keep getting spoiled.
