Good news, owners in Rajasthan will get land lease in this many days

Jaipur : There is good news for the people waiting for land lease in Rajasthan. Now the people of the state will not have to wait for months and years to get the land lease. The lease will be issued within a maximum of 30 days from the applicant. Urban Development Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra talked about implementing this system soon in the Assembly. In response to the grant demands of the Urban Development and Autonomous Governance Department, Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra said that the government is working on it. If there is any flaw in the application, then the concerned body will have to give its information within seven days. Even if the lease is cancelled, the applicant will be informed about it in writing along with the reason. Apart from this, a committee will also be formed at the administrative level. Where the applicants will be able to appeal if not satisfied. This committee will investigate and will also take action against the guilty officers. The minister also appealed to all the MLAs to give suggestions for changes in various policies so that the rules and regulations can be made transparent and better.

1- Now no more than five years of deputation: The minister also gave instructions to the officer from the House regarding the employees who have come on deputation from the departments. He said that the officers who have been on deputation for more than 5 years will be sent to their parent department. Also, no officer or employee will stay in a branch of the department for more than three years.
2- Land for land: Previous government’s loopholes closed: After the alleged scam in land for land compensation case, the minister said that the previous Congress government had left many loopholes in this policy. Our government has made a policy in which there is a provision for DLC rate. The loopholes of the previous government have been closed. No one will be able to take undue advantage.
