Government teacher arrested for helping in cheating in State Open Board exam, suspended

Jalore : In the case of cheating by the invigilator (Room Incharge) in the State Open Board Examination in Sanchore, the District Education Officer (DEO) has taken strict action and suspended the invigilator Mohanlal. District Education Officer Bhera Ram said that 8 Android mobiles and 2 One Week series have also been seized from the possession of invigilator Mohanlal.

Investigating officer caught him red handed

The suspension order stated that, ‘When Santiben Chhaganlal reached the State Open Board Examination Center for surprise inspection at 3.30 pm, she caught second level teacher Mohanlal red handed while helping the students to cheat. On seeing the inspection team, Mohanlal suddenly ran away after collecting mobiles and other cheating material from the students. During this, the team caught him. 8 Android mobiles and two one-week-series of class 12 related to chemistry were seized from his possession. The District Education Officer took the case of a government teacher being found helping the students to cheat seriously and immediately issued an order for suspension.’

Departmental enquiry was instituted

In the case of Mohanlal getting students to dodge in the State Open Board Examination at Santiben Chhaganlal Bokadia R.A.U.M.V. Sanchore, the Education Department has decided to initiate a departmental inquiry against government teacher Mohanlal. Also, Mohanlal has been suspended from July 15 using the powers of Rule 13 (2) of Rajasthan Civil Services Rules 1958. During the suspension period, his headquarters office has been made Chief Block Education Officer Raniwada District-Sanchor.
