Jaipur : Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee President Govind Singh Dotasara has made a big statement in the Kisan Maha Sammelan held in Sridungargarh of Bikaner district on Sunday, which has heated up the politics in the state. The Congress leader said that Kirori Lal Meena has now become his brother-in-law and both of them together want to overthrow the Bhajanlal Government of Rajasthan.
‘The slip received from Delhi must be changed’
The Congress state president said, ‘Kirodi Lal Meena has become Govind Singh Dotasara’s brother-in-law from yesterday. Now understand how he became brother-in-law. I have made Golma Devi and Sunita my sisters. Both Kirori and I want to overthrow this slip government. I want that the one who is not working for the farmers, who is not able to stop crimes against Dalits and backward classes, who is not giving jobs to our youth, should change the slip that came from Delhi to Rajasthan again. This is the similarity between both of us. That is why both of us have become brothers-in-law.’
‘Rajasthan government has become a circus’
Taking a dig at the tenure of the state government so far, Dotasara said, ‘Today the ministers are not listening to the Chief Minister. The MLAs are not listening to the ministers. The bureaucrats are not listening. I say this because people formed the government by trusting and being deceived by the BJP, but it has become a circus. Were they given the power to send them to Japan and Korea? They are roaming around Japan and Korea wearing expensive suits, but there is no one to take care of the farmers and the poor? Today the land mafia, mining mafia and gravel mafia are dominating the entire state. In nine months, a person expects that at least nine works will be done. Did they do even one work? The administration in the state is completely under the control of the Delhi high command. The state government is working at the behest of the high command sitting in Delhi.’
Kirori handed over the file of scams
This statement has come at a time when Kirori Lal Meena, who has resigned from the post of cabinet minister, is making big crocodile-catching statements in the paper leak case. On Sunday afternoon, he met Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham at his official residence in this regard and handed over several files of scams in the Gehlot government to him. Kirori Lal requested the minister to get these cases investigated impartially and take strict action against the culprits. After this, Bedham called senior police officers in front of him and ordered an investigation into the matter.
’10 lakh people will get employment’
However, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma said on Sunday that the state government is providing opportunities for the youth to progress and 10 lakh employment opportunities will be created in the government and private sectors in the state in the next 5 years. By making a state skill policy for skill development, about 1.5 lakh youth will be trained in two years and new employment opportunities will be created in the state by setting up ‘Atal Innovation Studio’.
