Jaipur : Special prayers were offered at Govinddevji Temple in Jaipur, Madan Mohanji Temple in Karauli, Khatushyam Temple in Sikar and Shrinathji Temple in Nathdwara. Lord Krishna was given a 21-gun salute at Govinddevji Temple and Shrinath Temple. In Jaipur, Rajasthan, thousands of devotees reached Govind Devji Temple and Shri Radha Gopinathji Temple for darshan amid tight security since morning. While crowds of devotees thronged temples in Punjab and Haryana, children dressed in colorful costumes were seen presenting cultural and religious programs.
The divine glimpses of Lord Krishna captivated the mind
From Mount Abu to Sirohi and Abu Road, Lord Krishna was worshipped in temples. The scenes of Bal Leelas (child plays) captivated the people. The scenes of Krishna-Radha and Gopis, the royal court of Lakshmi Narayan, the scene of lifting Govardhan mountain and the killing of Kansa by the young child artist were a sight to behold.
Govinddevji will meet elder brother Gopinathji
Today (27 August) at 4:30 pm, Govinddevji will go out to meet his subjects. A procession was taken out from the temple premises. The procession will reach Shri Gopinath temple via Jalebi Chowk, Sanganeri Gate, Bapu Bazaar, New Gate Square, Chowra Rasta, Chandpole Bazaar and Bagru Walon Ka Rasta. Govinddevji will meet his elder brother Gopinathji.
There will be route diversion for mini and city buses
Mini and city buses going from Sanganeri Gate to Badi Chaupad will be able to go towards Amer via Ghatgate, Transport Nagar, Delhi Bypass, Dhobi Ghat, Ramgarh Mor. Buses going from Sanjay Circle towards Ramganj and Amer will be able to go towards Amer via Sansarchandra Road, MI Road, Ghatgate, Transport Nagar, Delhi Bypass, Dhobi Ghat, Ramgarh Mor. Before reaching Bandarwal Gate, the traffic coming from Subhash Chowk towards Badi Chaupad was diverted towards Char Darwaza and the traffic going from Badi Chaupad towards Subhash was diverted towards Ramganj Chaupad and Tripolia.
