Half yearly examinations will be held simultaneously in schools of Bikaner Rajasthan.

Bikaner : Bikaner Half yearly exams for classes 9 to 12 will start from December 17 in government and private schools of Rajasthan associated with the education department. The exams will continue till 27th December. Releasing the time table of the half-yearly exams being held simultaneously for the first time in the state, the Education Department has made it clear that this time the winter holidays will not start from December 25. Practical exams will be conducted in all schools between December 12 and 16. Till now, similar exams were held at the district level, for which the responsibility was assigned to one school in the district. Papers were also prepared and published at the district level. But, now the exam will be conducted with the same paper in the entire state. In such a situation, paper printing work will also be done through the same firm.

Papers will not be kept in private schools

In the order issued by Director of Secondary Education Ashish Modi, it has been said that keeping in mind the security of the question papers, the papers will not be kept in any private school. These papers will remain in the government school, from where all the private schools will have to collect them on time. If there is doubt about security even in a government school, then the papers can be kept in the concerned police station.

Fee of Rs 20 from every student

A fee of Rs 20 will be charged from each student for the half-yearly exam. Apart from this, fees for annual exam can also be taken together. The Joint Director will collect these fees through the previously constituted Common Examination Steering Committee and deposit them in the account of the Registrar Education Departmental Examination.
