Hanuman Beniwal took a dig at the government over the lathicharge on college students, know what he said

Jaipur : On Thursday, students associated with all the student organisations organized a mass demonstration in Rajasthan University demanding student union elections. In view of the demonstration, police force from five police stations was deployed inside and outside the campus. Suddenly during the demonstration, the students started trying to jump out of the university gate. The protest took a violent turn, after which the police had to do lathi-charge to disperse the crowd. Three student leaders were injured in this. At the same time, the police detained a dozen student leaders. In the tension between the police and the students, even the clothes of the students got torn. The vehicles of many student leaders were confiscated.

Water cannon vehicle ordered

In view of the violent protests, a water cannon vehicle was also called for the first time in Rajasthan University, although the police did not use it. After the protest which started at 11 am, there was chaos in the university for about two and a half hours.
All main gates of the university are closed.

Here, in view of the protest, the police closed all the main gates of the university. Due to this, other students had to face a lot of trouble. Students coming and going to the university were given entry only with their ID cards. There were many students who had not yet been issued ID cards by the university, they stood outside the campus.
