Hanumangarh : Farmers demonstrated on Monday under the banner of All India Kisan Sabha with five-point demands including transfer of Rabi 2023 claims to farmers’ accounts as soon as possible. On this occasion, a memorandum was submitted to Pallu Tehsildar in the name of District Collector.
Keshav Panchariya, convener of All India Kisan Sabha Pallu, said that in Rabi 2022, mustard claim was made in Jhedasar and Mayla Patwar mandal and in Rabi 2022, gram claim was made in Motar and Daniyasar. Now the claim is calculated. Then the claims are showing zero in these Patwar Mandals. The claims of these Patwar Mandals should be investigated and the claims made should be deposited in the accounts of the farmers as soon as possible. Whatever bounce claims are outstanding in Pallu tehsil till Kharif 2023 should also be credited to the accounts.
All the policies of Pallu tehsil for Rabi 2021 and Kharif 2022 which have been rejected from banks and CSC centres, should be investigated and reinstated with immediate effect. All the policies of Pallu tehsil which were rejected for more than 10 hectares were also investigated. Whatever claims they are making should also be deposited in the accounts of the farmers as soon as possible. Many other farmers including Mangilal Suthar, Mahendra Saran, Bhaniram Bijarania, Sanjay Bijarania, Suresh Dhaka, Ramchandra Dhaka, Mangilal Bissu, Prem Raika, Purkharam Berad, Khetaram Saran were present on this occasion.
