Jaipur : Monsoon rains are going to pick up pace once again in Rajasthan. The light phase of rain in the last few days is now about to end. From Monday 22nd July, a period of heavy rain is going to start once again across the state. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert in all 33 districts of the state today on Monday. Along with the yellow alert of rain in 33 districts, a warning of heavy rain has also been issued in 19 districts including Jaipur. For the last few days, rain alert has been issued in Jaipur and other districts, but there has been no heavy rain. The sky has been cloudy since Monday morning. In such a situation, the weather is sure to change from today.
Heavy rain warning in these districts
Weather Center Jaipur has issued rain alert in all the districts of the state. Along with heavy and moderate rain, winds blowing at the speed of 30 to 40 km per hour have also been predicted. Along with this, heavy rain warning has been issued in 19 districts including Jaipur. Heavy rain warning has been issued in Ajmer, Banswara, Baran, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sirohi, Tonk, Udaipur, Jalore, Nagaur and Pali. Strong winds blowing at the speed of 40 to 50 km per hour have been predicted in these districts.
It rained in many districts on Sunday too
The western district Jaisalmer, which was yearning for rain for the past several days, received good rainfall on Sunday. Jhinjhinali located in Fatehgarh tehsil of the district received the highest rainfall of 40 mm. 34 mm of rain was also recorded in Nimbahera of Chittorgarh. Similarly, 29 mm of rain was recorded in Fagi area of Jaipur district, 24 mm in Danta Ramgarh of Sikar district, 21 mm in Sumerpur of Pali district, 20 mm in Kotri of Bhilwara district and 17 mm in Devgarh of Rajsamand. It rained in Kota, Jhalawar, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Sirohi and Banswara also on Sunday.
The heat and humidity of summer bothered us
Even during the monsoon days, the heat and humidity are troubling people. Amidst the rain, the strong sunlight is scorching people every day in many districts. On Sunday, the maximum temperature was recorded above 40 degree Celsius in 8 districts of the state. The highest temperature of 44.0 degree Celsius was recorded in Fatehpur of Sikar district. Bright sunshine was also seen in Churu and Ganganagar. The temperature was recorded at 42.4 degree Celsius in Churu and 42.3 degree Celsius in Ganganagar. The temperature was recorded at 41.6 in Bikaner, 40.8 in Phalodi, 40.6 in Jaisalmer, 40.4 in Sangaria of Hanumangarh and 40.3 degree Celsius in Pilani of Jhunjhunu district.
