Heavy rain in Rajasthan, Bisalpur dam filled, know how much rain fell where

Rajasthan : Monsoon is active in Rajasthan. Heavy rains are continuing. Heavy rains occurred in many districts of the state on Friday. Due to heavy rains in Ajmer and Tonk, water is flowing into the Beaspur dam. At six in the morning, the water level of the dam increased by three cm to 309.69 RL meter, which was recorded at 310.07 RL meter at 5 pm. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy to very heavy rains in some parts of eastern Rajasthan and extremely heavy rains at one or two places in the next 24 hours.

Karauli-Shri Mahavirji received four inches of rain in four hours

Monsoon is completely kind to various places of the district including Karauli. Heavy rain continued for the third consecutive day on Friday. Karauli and Shri Mahavirji town have received four inches of rain from 8 am to noon. Due to 100 mm rain at Karauli district headquarters, water entered the houses of lower settlements. From highways to main roads of the city, water was filled. School children had trouble going to school in the morning. Due to heavy rain, there is a good inflow of water in the rivers and streams of the area. The water level of the district’s largest Panchana dam has increased. The water level of Panchana dam has reached more than 254 meters against the total filling capacity of 258.62 meters. Executive Engineer of Water Resources Department Sushil Gupta said that from Friday morning till now, 100 mm rain has been recorded in Karauli and 106 mm in Shri Mahavirji.
Rajasthan weather update: Heavy rain alert

According to the Meteorological Center Jaipur, the monsoon trough line is passing through Bikaner, Sikar. Monsoon is active in most parts of eastern Rajasthan and rain is likely in many parts of Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Bharatpur, Udaipur divisions and very heavy rain at some places. Very heavy rain is also likely at one or two places in Tonk and surrounding districts. On July 6, rain activities will continue in some parts of eastern Rajasthan and there is a possibility of heavy rain at some places. There is a possibility of a decrease in heavy rain activities on July 7-8 and rain is likely to be recorded in some parts of north-eastern Rajasthan. There is a possibility of increase in rain activities in eastern Rajasthan again from July 9-10. There is a possibility of rain with thunder and storm in Bikaner division of western Rajasthan for the next 2-3 days after noon. There is a possibility of rain at some places in the eastern and northern parts of Jodhpur division.
