Rain activities are not stopping from Thursday morning to early Friday morning. Torrential rains are continuing at many places across the state including Tonk, Baran, Bhilwara. Monsoon was kind to Bisalpur Dam of Rajmahal in Tonk district. 57 mm of rain was recorded in 24 hours. At the same time, there was also an increase of 3 cm water in the district. Not only this, the gauge of the dams was recorded at 309.69 RL meter till 6 am on Friday. In such a situation, heavy rains are continuing in the dam and surrounding areas from late Thursday night to Friday morning.

Due to its effect, there is a strong possibility of monsoon being active in eastern Rajasthan for the next three days. During this time, heavy rain is likely at many places in Jaipur, Bharatpur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Kota divisions. At the same time, rain with thunder is likely to be recorded in some parts of Bikaner division of western Rajasthan during the next 48 hours. Light to moderate rain is also likely at some places in the eastern parts of Jodhpur division and the weather is likely to remain mainly dry in the border areas.
