Jaipur : This time also the festival of Diwali will be celebrated without fireworks in two districts of Rajasthan falling in the NCR region. In fact, air pollution is already high in the NCR region. Apart from this, the situation becomes worse due to fireworks. Alwar and Bharatpur districts come in the Capital Region (NCR). This time too, neither fireworks shops will be set up nor firecrackers will be burst on Diwali. The administration has made preparations to follow the NCR rules. If any person or shopkeeper is found selling fireworks, the administration will take strict action. If there is any doubt or complaint regarding this, the administration can also conduct raids on warehouses and shops.
There will be a ban in Alwar and Bharatpur
Alwar and Bharatpur districts come in the National Capital Region (NCR). In such a situation, GRAPE is implemented to ensure that the air quality index does not increase. At this time also the same grapes were used for fireworks. Except these two districts of Rajasthan, fireworks will be allowed only for two hours from 8 pm to 10 pm. Green fireworks allowed in other districts.
Here is the previous record
Last year Diwali was on 10th November. AQI had reached 226 in Alwar on November 8 itself, even though there was a ban on fireworks. After Diwali, AQI remained 215 till November 15. Similarly, AQI in Bhiwadi had reached 368 on 8th November and after Diwali it became 373 on 15th November. At present, AQI of Alwar is increasing every day. At present the AQI is 70. Experts say that after October 20, AQI of Alwar can reach 125. There is a possibility of around 200 during Diwali. When this AQI remains, the air becomes poisonous. It is difficult to breathe.
NCR rules will remain applicable
