Prayagraj, 19 November (IANS). Committed to making Mahakumbh 2025 the biggest event of Sanatan Dharma, the Yogi government is preparing to deal with every emergency. A complete plan has been prepared to ensure that there is no hindrance of any kind in the world’s largest cultural program and also for the safety of the 45 crore people coming here.

For this, a hi-tech control room is being built in the fair area. Apart from high level meetings, teams of top officers will sit in this control room and prepare strategies for the Maha Kumbh. The special thing is that this control room is being constructed by a famous art director of Bollywood. He claims that this control room with special facilities will be ready within 7 days.

Additional Fair Officer Vivek Chaturvedi said that VIP meetings will be held in the control room for necessary arrangements for the devotees. Along with this, conference halls and media blocks are also being created to deliver appropriate information to crores of people at the right time. Different types of cabins for more than 50 officers are being made in this control room. In which security, administrative works as well as medical and drinking water related works will be monitored.

On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the fair authority has made special arrangements for the safety of devotees in Mahakumbh. Under this, the work of building a hi-tech control room is going on war footing. Pawan Pandey, art director and architect from Mumbai, who was involved in its construction, said that the control room is being finalized as per the wishes of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. It will be completely ready within seven days. Due to which monitoring of schemes related to Maha Kumbh can be started as soon as possible on a large scale.

The work of making a strategy will also be done from this control room to ensure that the devotees coming to Mahakumbh from India and abroad do not face any kind of inconvenience. There will be a conference hall here for departmental coordination and separate media blocks are also being made here for information related to public facilities.

During the Mahakumbh, a control room is being built to keep an eye on every nook and corner, along with this, every activity around this control room will be monitored with drones. For convenience, this control room is being given an L shape, in which hi-tech facilities will be available for officers and their staff. Three special doors are also being made for entry into the control room, the work of which is in the final stage.
