High speed bus hits container, chaos ensues, no casualties

Jaipur : On Monday, on the Jaipur-Sikar highway, near Bad Pipli stand, a video coach bus hit the rear of a container loaded with parcels from a courier company’s warehouse which was moving on the road, due to which the bus and the container were damaged. Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the accident. Although, there was screaming and shouting among them during the accident. The parcels filled in the container were damaged. On receiving information, the police of Harmara police station and Tantiyavas toll workers reached the spot. After the accident, there was a jam on the highway, which was cleared by moving the damaged vehicles to one side with the help of a crane.

Toll worker Anil Sharma told that driver Mogin, a resident of Shahi district Bareilly, UP was leaving for Mumbai with postal parcels in a container. Meanwhile, a video coach bus going from Jaipur to Bikaner hit him. After the accident, the bus climbed the divider. This caused screaming and shouting among the 25 passengers in the bus. Later they were sent by another bus. The passengers of the bus told that the bus driver was forbidden. After this, while overtaking the roadways bus, he tried to take the bus ahead despite there being a container on the other side, due to which the bus collided with the container. Thankfully, the lives of the passengers were saved.
